Margaret M. Bendas, 83, of Center Valley died Sunday November 23, 2008 in Holy Family Manor. She was the wife of John Bendas, Jr. for the past 65 years having married May 6, 1943. Born in Coplay, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Franciska (Yandrisovitz) Bauer. Margaret was employed by the former Western Electric for 33 years before her retirement. She was a member of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church of Colesville. Survivors: Husband; sons, Michael J. and wife Donna L. and John F. and late wife Barbara T. all of Center Valley, Robert F. and Sheree of El Cajon, CA and Daniel of Marble Falls, TX; daughters, Margaret A. wife of Craig Roth and Jeanne L. wife of Fred Mackes both of Center Valley; brother, Alfred and wife Chic Bauer of Myrtle Beach, SC; sisters, Helen and the late Joseph Posch of Allentown and Elsie and husband Raymond Sagl of Center Valley; nineteen grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
