Louis A. Savarese, 70, of Bath died Friday, October 22, 2010 at his residence. He was the husband of Linda J. (Hines) Savarese for the past 26 years having married April 28, 1984. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Louis L. and Angelina (Esposito) Savarese. Lou was a butcher for many years working for various Lehigh Valley area markets. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church of Bath. He was treasurer of the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Golf league and a former member of the Lehigh Valley Horse Council. He was very proud of being a sponsor of a refugee family. Survivors: Wife; brother, Joseph R. of Bethlehem; sister, Josephine J. wife of Frank Kudla of Myrtle Beach, SC; nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Rose Recchia and Madeline Burdock Kassar. Special thanks to friends and neighbors for their loving support.
