Leonard R. Miller, of Allentown, passed away on February 19 ^th at the age 90. He was born on July 27, 1927, in Allentown, to the late: Raymond J.L. Miller and Edna M. (Peters) and was predeceased, in 2000, by his wife Emma May (Wolf), to whom he had a good 47 year marriage, and in 2001, by his son Michael R. Miller a Special Education Teacher., and his sister Geraldine Leaser. Leonard enjoyed playing Trombone in school and city bands, was on the high school swimming team and was an Eagle Scout. He enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Force Pilot Training and served in Germany at the end of WWII. He graduated from PA State College Technical School and had a 40 year working life in engineering and Project Management at Fuller/Gatx Corp. Leonard was a member of Jordan U.C.C. in Allentown.

Survivors: Daughters: Jayne A. (NICU RN) and husband Robert J. Donchez and Dr. Emily M. Miller (retired U.S. Air Force Colonel and Pathologist) and husband Andrew T. Dishong, Grandchildren: Rob, Kristen, Kyle, Shannon, and Amanda. Sisters: Marilynn J. Mulhollem and Joanne Deitrich.

Services: A viewing will be held on Friday February 23 from 6:00 – 8:00PM and on Saturday February 24 from 9:30AM until a Service at 10:30AM, all will be at Weber Funeral Home 1619 Hamilton Street in Allentown.
Contributions: may be made to the March of Dimes c/o St. Lukes Hospital NICU in Bethlehem or to Jordan U.C.C. in Allentown.
