Le Ann Hoffman-Grace, of Bethlehem, PA, passed away on October 20, 2025, at the age of 59. She was born in Bethlehem to the late: Garry L. Hoffman and Paulette (Martin) and has been married to Scott Grace for 13 years. Le Ann was employed as a Risk Analyst with Shift 4 for the past 2 years. Survivors: Husband Scott Grace, Mother Paulette Hoffman, Son: Benjamin and wife Amy Diefenderfer and Daughter: Meagan Mercado. Grandchildren: Annalise, Jaslene, Cashmere, Emma, Candice and Athena. Brother: Rodney Hoffman. She is also survived by 58 pets. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday November 22 at 11AM with a Visitation starting at 10AM. Both will be held at Weber Funeral Home, 502 Ridge Ave., Allentown, Pa 18102.
