Kristen Lyn Lisicky-Tyber
Kristen Lyn Lisicky-Tyber, 28, of Bethlehem, died February 5, 2012 at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia surrounded by her loving family while waiting for a liver transplant. She was the loving wife of Jeff Tyber, whom she married Oct. 9, 2011. She was a daughter of James and Annette (Yacoub) Lisicky. She battled Takayasu arteritis her whole life becoming a Dream Come True recipient. She was a member of S.S. Simon & Jude Catholic Church, Bethlehem. She worked for Lehigh Valley Health network, Weight Watchers, and Weber Funeral Homes. She graduated from Liberty High School in 2002 and received a degree in Medical Assistance and Funeral Service from Northampton Community College. She volunteered at the SPCA in Easton. Kristen was an All State Bowling Champion in 2004. She enjoyed bowling, going to the gym, and traveling, especially to the beach. She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Joseph and Dorothy Lisicky.
Survivors: Husband, Father, Mother; Brother, Jimmy and his girlfriend Taylor; Grandparents, Aziz and Badria Yacoub; Father-in-law, Harold Tyber; Mother-in-law, Debbie Tyber; Brother-in-law, Steven Tyber; many aunts, uncles, other relatives, friends, and her beloved dog, Kona.
Services: Viewing: 5:00 - 8:00 pm, Thursday, February 9, 2012 at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 37 S. 5th St, Allentown, to be followed by a service at 8:00 PM at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church. Mass of Christian Burial, 10:30 am, Friday, February 10, at S.S. Simon & Jude Catholic Church, 730 W. Broad St, Bethlehem, PA, followed by entombment at Cedar Hill Memorial Park.
