Alfred Kober
Alfred Kober, 58, of Allentown, died on September 1, 2009 at Devon House, Salisbury Twp. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Alfred W. and Margaret A. (Kaiser) Kober. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Allentown. He was an athlete in many sports. Al was employed by the U.S Postal Service as a Mail Carrier.
Survivors: Brother, Timothy Kober of Allentown; Sister, Maria Kent of Philadelphia; nieces and nephews.
Services: Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 A.M. Fri., Sept. 4, 2009 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 501 Ridge Ave., Allentown. Viewing: 9:00 A.M., Fri., until time of mass in the church. Interment in our Lady of Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Whitehall. (www.weberfuneralhomes.com)
