Kenneth W. "Sam" Albus, Sr., 75, of Whitehall Twp., died Wednesday March 12, 2008 in his residence. He was the husband of Delores E. (Berghold) Albus for 36 years before her death on May 7, 1992. Born in Roseland, NJ, he was a son of the late Albert J. and Iva M. (Sterigwalt) Albus. Sam was a maintenance mechanic for the former General Electric of South Allentown for 33 years before his retiring in 1986. He was a former member of St. John U.C.C. of Fullerton. He was a Korean War veteran serving with the US Navy. Survivors: Son, Kenneth W., Jr. of Topton; daughters, Susan wife of Ronald Evans of Bethlehem, Robin wife of Jeffrey Chapman of Fairfax, VT and Theresia and companion Lee Sherer of Whitehall; nine grandchildren, Angela Georgis, Nikki Hinkle, Joshua Sherer, Jeremy Chapman, Callie Chapman, Dustin Albus, Isabella Albus, Ronald Evans, Jr., and Christopher Evans; four great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Antionette wife of the late Larry J.
