June Ida Bell passed away on February 17, 2021 at the age of 83.  She resided in Coopersburg PA for over 50 years and was currently living in Palmer Township.  She was born on June 4, 1937 in Bowmanstown, PA.  She was a graduate of Palmerton High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education from East Stroudsburg State College.  June loved baking, knitting, swimming, kayaking, beach vacations and her mountain home.  She especially cherished her time with her grandchildren, her family and friends.  June always made an effort to brighten someone's day with a homemade card, her excellent baked goods or a personal visit.  She was an example of a true kind and generous spirit that will be missed but will live on in all of those that knew her.  June was the founder of the Lay ministry of Calvary Baptist Church on Tilghman Street in Allentown.  There she was a member for over 50 years.

A widow of the late James Roy Bell, she is survived by Daughters: Cynthia E. Kovolchick and husband Steve, Stephani J. Bell, Lesly J. Crum and husband Randall, Grandchildren: Nicole M. Rotell and husband Vincent, Emily E. Crum, Jesse R. Crum and Great Granddaughter: Lauren K. Rotell.

There will be a calling hour from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at the Norcross-Weber Funeral Home, 101 N. Main St, Coopersburg PA.  A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m. by invitation only.  A graveside service will be planned for a later date.
