Joyce, 69, of Allentown, passed away peacefully at home on January 7, 2016. She was born in Allentown on March 12, 1946 to the late Karl "Barney" Younger and the late Irene (Geotz) Younger. She dedicated her heart and soul to her family and helped them fulfill their dreams by making them her own. She was married to the love of her life, Raymond H. Alpha, Jr., for 40 years. She was a Boy Scout den mother, loved coffee talk with friends, cooking, baking, entertaining, and gardening. She was very handy and a hard worker in everything she did. She is predeceased by siblings Mabel Hontz, Beatrice Fatzinger, Esther Schaffer, Hilda Smith, Charles Acker, and Charles Younger.

Survivors: Children Raymond Alpha III and wife Karen, Jennifer Alpha, Joel Alpha and wife Brooke, and Roxy Alpha; step-children Crystal Alpha Dilliard and Wendy Alexander; grandchildren Devon, Kaelee, Tori, and Amelia Alpha, Courtney and Whitney Dilliard, Claire Perry, Jolene Wightman, and Tori Alexander; great-grandchildren Bella Key and Riley Perry; siblings Carol "Tootie" Loper, Barney "Butch" Younger, and Dolores Smith; her best furry friend, Jingo; and many other loving family and friends.

Services: Visitation Monday, January 11, from 9:30-11:30am, followed by a memorial service at 11:30am, both at Weber Funeral Home, 1619 W. Hamilton St., Allentown. Interment at St. Marks Cemetery, Allentown, to follow. www.weberfuneralhomes.com
