Josephine Belovich, formerly of Allentown and most recently of Bath, passed away on November 16th at the age of 97. Josephine was a kind and gentle woman who made sure she could spend time with her family by gathering them for meals every Sunday. She was born in Allentown to Pasquale and Rose Mary (Clemente) DeSilva and had been married for 45 years to her late husband Anthony M. Belovich. Josephine had worked as a Floor Lady and sewing machine operator in the garment industry, retiring from Shawn Manufacturing on Ridge Ave. in Allentown. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Allentown and Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Bath. Josephine was predeceased by her son Anthony W. and her sisters Betty DeSilva and Rose Menichelli.
Survivors: Sons: John Belovich and Robert and wife Janet Belovich, Grandchildren: Shawn, Jason, Maria, and Erica, Great Grandson Jeffrey. Sister Lucia Cocca.
Services: A viewing will be held on Wednesday November 19th starting at 9 AM to be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10AM both will be at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church in Allentown.
