Joseph J. Toth, 88, formerly of Allentown, passed away Monday, March 25, 2024 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. He resided with his son, Joseph and wife Maria in Bethlehem. He was born September 11, 1935 in Allentown, the son of the late Joseph C. and Josephine P. (Tomanik) Toth.

Joseph graduated from Allentown High School in 1953. He served in the U.S. Navy for four years (1955-1959). In his earlier years he worked for Lehigh Valley Trust Company. He retired after 38 years as an admin supervisor in the Treasurer Office for the City of Allentown. He was a member of St. Ursula Catholic Church in Bethlehem. He was known as "Bubs" to most of his family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Kathleen A. (Quier) Toth; son, Joseph D. (Maria) Toth; daughter, Michelle M. (Dominic) Santanasto; five grandchildren, Erika (Eric) Shaw,  Dominic Santanasto, Christopher Toth and companion Dalia, Vincent Santanasto, and Allison Toth and fiancee Alex; great-granddaughter, Avery Shaw; sister, Sharon (Charles) Barnack; and niece, Heather (Angel) Soto.

Professional Services are entrusted to Weber Funeral Homes, P.C. in Allentown. Calling hours will be held Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M., all at St. Ursula Catholic Church, 1300 Broadway, Fountain Hill, PA 18015. Interment will immediately follow at Resurrection Cemetery, where military honors will be rendered.
