John C. Zangl
John C. Zangl, 97, of Nazareth, passed away on January 31 at Gracedale. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Alois and Leapoldina Zangl. John was the husband of the late Anna (Ebner) Zangl. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Allentown. He also worked for the McCord Company for many years. He was a member of Sacred Heart church, Allentown and the Young Men's Society. John was an avid golfer and bowler; he also bowled for Neuweiler Brewery. John enjoyed singing, he was well known for his singing at Gracedale. He was a fan of the Yankee's baseball team.
Survivors: Wife, Daughter; Connie, wife of John Krouse of Nazareth. Grandson: John Krouse of Nazareth. He was predeceased by Brothers: Alois, Francis, Charles, Al, Joe and Eddie. Sisters: Emma, Anna and Tessie.
Services: Viewing, Thursday, February 5, 9:00 to 10:00am in the Weber Funeral Home, P.C. 502 Ridge Ave. Allentown, followed by a mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am in Sacred Heart Church, 336 Fourth St. Allentown.
