John A. Szuchyt, Jr., 72 of Allentown died Tuesday September 25, 2007 in the Lehigh Valley Hospice, Allentown. He was the husband of Dolores C. (Boandl) for the past 48 years having married September 27, 1958. Born in Quakertown, a son of Mary (Jasinski) Szuchyt of Sellersville and the late John A. Szuchyt, Sr. John was a wholesale driver for Maiers Bakery for 21 years before retiring in 1998. Previously he was employed with the former Bond Bread and the Lehigh Valley Dairy. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church of Allentown. He was an avid hunting and fishing sportsman. Survivors: Wife; mother; sons, John A. III of Allentown and Richard P. of Slatington; brother, Edward of Chesapeake Bay, MD; granddaughter, Jessica; grandsons, Matthew and Nicholas. Predeceased by a brother James.
