Joel E. Frisby, of Allentown, passed away on June 4 at the age of 39. He was born on March 26, 1972, in Allentown, to Caroline Frisby and Earl Smalls. Joel graduated from Central Catholic High School, in Allentown, and attended the University of Pittsburgh. He was a Loan Documentation Specialist for Wells Fargo and a member of the National Notary Association. Survivors: Mother Caroline, Father Earl Smalls, Son Derek Brown, Brothers: Richard, Gregory, Michael, and Timothy and their families.
