Joanne M. Kortvely, 87 of, Allentown formerly of Wescosville, passed away on April 20, 2017. She was born on August 30, 1929 to the late Lloyd and Frances (Poorman) McKee. She was preceded in death by her husband Zolton Kortvely in 2013.

Joanne was a 1947 graduate of Central Catholic High school, in Allentown. She enjoyed, painting, playing cards especially pinochle, college football and basketball, loved flowers and most of all her family.
Survivors: Joanne is survived by children, Scott Kortvely of Phillipsburg, NJ, Nancy Schrader of Kutztown and John Kortvely and his wife Linda of New Tripoli; grandchildren, Bryce, Laurissa, Brian, Alexander Stephanie; great-grandchildren, Kaylie, Marcello, Emilio, and brother Gerald McKee of Allentown, extended family members. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Services: A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11AM on Monday April 24, 2017 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church 1040 Flexer Ave, Allentown. A visitation will take place from 10AM up until the time of service all at the church. Burial will follow. www.weberfuneralhomes.com
