Joan M. Richard, of Allentown, passed away on June 16 at the age of 78. She was the daughter of the late: Calvin E. Stout and Edna (Rice) Stout Burns. Joan was a sewing machine operator for various mills in the Lehigh Valley. She was predeceased by her husband Frank H. and son Calvin E. Stout. Survivors: Daughter Sandra Trumbauer of Allentown, 4 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren. Brother Ronald Burns of Freeland, Pa Services: A viewing will be held on Friday June 19 from 11- Noon with a service at Noon both at Weber Funeral Home, 502 Ridge Ave., Allentown.
