Jennie J. Simon, 97 of Whitehall, passed away on December 30 at Cedarbrook Nursing Home in Allentown. She was born in Coplay to the late: Stephen and Theresa Kuder. Jennie was predeceased by her husband Edward R. Simon, a daughter Lillian E. Erdman and a grand daughter Cynthia Stanley. She had worked at the Collegeville Flag Co. in Zionsville and was a member of St. Josephs Catholic Church in Limeport. Survivors: Son Norman J. and wife Christine Simon of Coopersburg, Daughters: Mrs. John Mondschein of Whitehall, and Helen T. Mohl of Allentown, Son in Law Stanley Erdman of Allentown, 7 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. Services: A visitation from 9-10am to be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am on Thursday January 3 both at St. Josephs Catholic Church, Limeport, Pa.
