Jeffrey L. DeWitt, of Coopersburg, passed away on May 8th at the age of 59. He was the son of the late Franklin and Arlene (Schaffer) DeWitt and has spent the past 23 years with his partner Jamie MacAvoy. Jeffrey was a graduate of Southern Lehigh High School, class of 1972, he then went on to graduate from East Carolina University, most recently he was an interior decorator architect with Breslin Ridyard and Fadero Architects, in Allentown, for more than 20 years. Jeffrey was serving as the President of the Coopersburg Historical Society and enjoyed antiquing and gardening.
Survivors: Life Partner Jamie MacAvoy, Brother Keith and wife Barbara DeWitt, along with many nieces and nephews.
