Jared Timothy Bernd Passed away on August 14 at the age of 29. Born in Allentown to Bruce and Melody (Hofstetter) Bernd, Jared had lived in Center Valley until 3 weeks ago when he was lucky enough to move into and live in his dream farm house in Telford. He graduated from Southern Lehigh High School class of 1995. Jared enjoyed hunting with his father and grand father and was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, attending many games with his cousin Brent. He was a member of Assumption BVM Catholic Church in Colesville. Jared had worked for Wilmington Finance as a mortgage broker for the past 4 years at the Plymouth Meeting Office. Survivors: Fianc Jacqueline McCormick of Perkiomen Valley, Parents Bruce and Melody Bernd of Center Valley, Grand Fathers: Charles Bernd of Center Valley and James Hofstetter of Friedensville and Loving Sister: Michelle Honnen of Catasauqua.
