Janice M. Hess
Janice M. Hess, 66 of Whitehall, passed away on May 8 in her residence. Born in Allentown, Janice was the daughter of the late John and Helen (Berasley) Nyemscek; she was the wife of Charles H. Hess, celebrating their 48th Wedding Anniversary on April 29, 2009. She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Allentown, & was employed by Weiss's Market as a Deli Clerk, prior she was employed by Dieruff 1st Graduating Class of 1960 & Taylor Shoe Store. Janice cherished family functions & enjoyed going to softball games.
Survivors: Husband, Daughter; Karen wife of Scott Cope of Whitehall. Sons: Jeffrey, husband of Stephanie Hess, Joseph, husband of Vicki Hess all of Whitehall. Brother; John Nyemscek of Allentown. Sister; Katherine Csencsits of Coplay. Grandchildren; Bryan, Randy, Stephan, Jacob, Baylie, & Zachary. Janice was predeceased by a brother, George Nyemscek and a sister, Helen Moyer.
Services: A visitation will be held on Tuesday 6-9pm in Weber Funeral Home 502 Ridge Ave. Allentown and Wednesday from 10-11am in St John's Church 32 S. 5th St. Allentown, followed by services at 11:00am both in the church.
