Janice (Venanzi) Barrow passed away peacefully at the age of 81 on April 1, 2025 at her home in Snohomish, Washington, surrounded by her husband and two sons. She was the wife of Stephen Miller for 38 wonderful years.Born Janice Rosalie Venanzi in Allentown, Pennsylvania on May 25, 1943, Janice was the daughter of Margaret A. (Schmall) Venanzi and Anthony Venanzi.

Janice lived a full life as a wife and mother. In business she was an office manager and a Human Resource manager for several companies. She retired after 15 successful years as a real estate agent, a profession she loved.

In retirement she served as a Guardian Ad Litem representing children in the court system and as a grant writer for her favorite charity, Christmas House. She was smart and the consummate problem solver, loved and respected by all that knew her. Janice and Stephen traveled extensively throughout the Pacific Northwest creating lasting memories.

Janice is survived by her husband, Stephen Miller, her two sons, Mark and Craig Barrow, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren as well as a whole host of friends and family scattered throughout the country. We all miss her deeply.

A graveside service will be held for Janice April 22nd, 2025 at 1 p.m. at Sacred Heart Cemetery 201-299 Fullerton Ave., Whitehall, Pennsylvania 18052
