Jamil Farekh, 75, of Allentown, died August 8, 2013 at Sacred Heart Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Born in Syria; he was a son of the late Tawfik and Rahmeh (Raad) Farekh. He was the loving husband of Souad (Ajami) Farekh. Jamil was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Allentown.

Survivors: Loving wife; Son, Nabil, husband of Yuliya and Hani, husband of Gladiss; Daughters, Lina, wife of Ghassan Bchara and Rolli, wife of Khalil Khoury; Brother, Wadih Farekh; Sisters, Farida and Salma Farekh; and nine grandchildren.

Services: 12:00 Noon, Sat., Aug. 10, 2013, at First Presbyterian Church, 3231 Tilghman St., Allentown. Viewing: 11 AM, Saturday until time of services at the church. Services entrusted to Weber Funeral Home. Interment is to follow at Laurel Cemetery. (www.weberfuneralhomes.com)
