James F. Williams, 65, of Whitehall passed away Oct. 31 at Liberty Nursing & Rehab. Born in Allentown he was a son of the late Paul V. and Ruth J. (Romig) Williams. James served in the Navy during the Vietnam War. He was most recently employed by Logistic Elite Limo in Whitehall where he worked for a period of years as a driver. Survivors: Brothers, Robert J. of Bartlett, TN, Dennis R. of Northampton; sister, Patricia Ann Koch of Pasadena, MD; thirteen nieces and nephews.
