James E. Bunting, 44, of Orefield, died Tuesday May 22, 2007 at his residence. Born in Heidelberg, Germany, he was a son of James E. Bunting of Colorado Springs, CO and the late Nancy J. (Morgan) Bunting. James was employed by the Woodlawn Fire Company social club for 12 years serving as kitchen manager for the past 6 years. He previously was employed by Wedgewood Golf Course as a bartender. He was a peacetime veteran of the US Navy. He was a catholic by faith.
Survivors: Father; son, James R. of Lehighton; brother, Larry W. of Emmaus; companion, Cindy S. Frisch, with whom he resided.
