James Warren Bauder age 78 passed away peacefully on December 18th, 2024 at Cedarbrook Senior Care in Bethlehem. Born in Bethlehem, PA on August 3rd, 1946, Jim was the son of the late Warren T. Bauder and the late Evelyn Catalanotti (Bauder-Voytko).

Jim worked at Howmet Ceramet in Bethlehem, PA as a custodian worker for five years. Jim enjoyed painting and fixing things in his home. Jim was also an avid collector and listener of 1950-1980 vinyl records and albums, he had a collection of over a thousand. If Jim was asked about a particular song he could tell you the name of the artist and year it came out without looking it up.

James is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sandra (nee Hornberger), daughters: Debra, wife of Robert Sofko Jr. of Allentown, Cynthia Mantell of Bethlehem, and son, James M. Bauder of Allentown. Six grandchildren: Brittany, Robert, Tiffany, Kendra, Julianne, and Rachel; and 5 great-grandchildren.

Jim was predeceased by his father, Warren T. Bauder, mother, Evelyn Catalanotti (Bauder-Voytko), and sister, Evelyn L. Horning (Bauder).

A private burial will be held at Holy Saviour Cemetery in Bethlehem.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cedarbrook Senior Care Delaware Avenue, Fountain Hill in Bethlehem.
