Irene L. Landis, of Allentown passed away on February 18 ^th at the age of 81. She was born in Boston, Mass to the late Francis and Margaret (Snyder) Larkin and was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Roger H. Landis Sr. . Irene had worked as an operator for Bell Telephone for many years. She is survived by her Son Roger H. Landis Jr. and wife Christine, Daughter Michele Landis, Grandchildren Troy and wife Brittany Landis, and Cara Landis. Former Daughter in Law Jill Carter, and beloved Granddog Cheyenne. Brothers: Robert and wife Charlotte Larkin and Francis Larkin. She was also predeceased by her sisters: Kathleen "Bunny" Baranowski and Joan Weber.  Services will be at the convenience of the family. Contributions may be made in memory of Irene to the American Heart Association.
