Irene Jebitsch, 92, of Allentown died July 31st at Phoebe Home, Allentown, with family present. She was the wife of the late Alfred Jebitsch. Born in Cementon, she was a daughter of the late Juliana (Staschinsky) and Paul Bretz; being one of fourteen children. Irene was a nurse's aid for 35 yrs. at Sacred Heart Hospital, Allentown. She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church. Survivors: Daughter, Marie Mayernik; son, James and daughter-in-law Linda; sisters, Frances Parker, and Helen Rehrig; 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Services: Viewings will be held on Wed. 6pm-8pm, and Thurs 8:30am -9:30am, both at Weber Funeral Home, 1619 Hamilton St. Allentown.
