Helen R. Scheetz
Helen R. Scheetz, 84, passed at the Phoebe Home, Allentown on September 2, 2007. Born in Fullerton, PA, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Lelko) Senchak. She was the loving wife to the late Carl W. Scheetz until his death on Feb. 4, 1991. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Allentown. She was employed by the Bridesburg foundry as a grinder for 25 years.
Survivors: Sons, Carl A., husband of Bonnie of Bethpage, TN and Dennis J., husband of Marlane of Allentown; Daughters, Kathleen M., wife of Daniel Wagner of Slatington and Margaret "Peggy", wife of Lynn Garner of Olathe, Colorado; Sister, Betty Oranczak of Allentown; Brothers, Francis and Michael Senchak of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina; six grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Services: Mass of Christian Burial, 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 6, 2007 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 801 N. 11th St., Allentown. There will be no calling hours. Services entrusted to Weber Funeral Homes, P.C. (www.weberfuneralhomes.com)
Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to the church.
