Helen, 88, of Allentown, passed away on August 14, 2015. She was born in Allentown on April 17, 1927 to the late John and Anna (Petrasovits) Buritsch. She had worked for the Franklin Theater, and was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church and the Allentown Art Museum. She loved music, baking, arts & crafts, gardening, and reading. She is predeceased by her loving husband of 54 years, John P. Zack, Jr.; siblings Emma, Hilda, William, and Edward; and grandchildren Shannon and Jennifer.

Survivors: Children John R. Zack and wife Susan, William B. Zack and wife Karliene, Deborah Michael and husband Larry P., Cynthia L. Zack, Christina M. Zack, and Cheryl L. Zack; grandchildren Jeanette, Janelle, and John P. Zack; great grandchildren Brandon, Dimitri, Mia, and Amilia; siblings Anne, John, and Frank; and many other loving family and friends.

Services: Viewing Thursday, August 20, from 9:00-9:50am, and a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am, both at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 801 N. 11th St., Allentown. Interment at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown, to follow. www.weberfuneralhomes.com
