Harold T. Higgins, 78, passed away Dec. 12 at his home in Allentown. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Harold J. and Mildred (Price) Higgins. Harold was the husband of the late Frances (Martines) who passed in 2002. Harold served in the Navy for twenty years as a BMC Chief retiring in 1966. After his retirement from the Navy he worked at Mack Trucks as an inspector until retiring in 1993. He was a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus, and was a member of the American Legion. Survivors: Brothers in law, Stephen and Art Martines; sister in law Ileane Martines. Services: Friday 10:30 am at Weber Funeral Home, 1619 W. Hamilton St. Allentown.
