Habib Howard, 87, of Allentown passed away April 18, 2016. He was born in Amar, Syria to the late Mintinous and Fouteen Awad. Habib was married for 64 years to his loving wife Jamileh. He was a devoted Jehovah Witness, who enjoyed reading his bible. Besides reading his bible Habib enjoyed gardening. Habib was a family man who was loved by many. He was also a very kind man who would do whatever he could to help people. Habib was predeceased by his siblings Rashide Makhoul and Wardi Berro.
Survivors: Besides his wife Habib is survived by his children, Antionette and husband Bassam, Janette, Tony and wife Georgette, Albert and wife Maria, John and wife Nadia, Amina and husband Salloum, Edward and wife Ivelisse, 17 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
Services: A viewing will be held Thursday April 21, 2016 from 9:30 till 11:30 at Weber Funeral Home 502 Ridge Ave. A funeral service will be held from 11:30 till 12:00 all at the funeral home. A burial will follow at Laurel Cemetery.
