Grant "Skip" H. Amway III, 78, of Pottstown, passed away June 24, 2016. Born in Downingtown, PA, he was the son of the late Grant Amway and Janet (Weiler) Amway. Grant graduated from Downingtown high school in 1955 and was a member of a dance band the Silverstars. Grant also served in the Marine Corps for three years. He loved to build and was an avid craftsman. He also loved the outdoors and activities such as boating, fishing and hiking. He liked to travel and going to shows with his loving wife. He loved music, especially Yanni and going to concerts. He also loved doing puzzles with his grandchildren. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

SURVIVORS: Two daughters; Jennie wife of Bruce Griffiths, Dawn Amway, two sons; Phillip Amway IV, husband of Tina and Grant Amway IV, husband of Susan. Seven grandchildren; Stacy, Nikki, Rebecca, Hannah, Star, Rose and Josie. Seven great-grandchildren; Kylie, Connor, Dylan, Nicholas, Hailey, Ashlyn and Gavin. Brother-in-law, Ron and wife Judy Renshaw.
