Grace Ruth Beahn, 94, of Bethlehem, passed away April 3rd, 2019. Born in Chapmans Quarry, Pennsylvania she was the daughter of the late Jeremiah and Helen Martha (Ruth) Minnich.

She first worked as a secretary before going on to serve as a state constable and notary. After, she worked as an apartment manager. Following, she was the first female school crossing guard in Bethlehem. Those who knew her know she loved to chat in the lobby when she lived at Lutheran Manor, especially on Thursdays when Tiki the dog would visit.

She is lovingly remembered by her sons Paul H. Wallander and his companion Teresa Shanholtz of Bridgewater, Virginia, and Arthur Wallander and his wife Anita of Bethlehem; and four grandchildren: Michael Robert Wallander and his wife Lori, Sandra Marie Wallander, Paul Christopher Wallander, and Wendy Ruth Wallander.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her five siblings: James, Beatrice, Mildred, Dorothy, and Margaret.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
