Gloria M. "Mrs. A." Aronowitz, 82, of Allentown, formerly of Kutztown, passed away Jan. 11 at Above and Beyond Nursing Home. Born in Allentown she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Marietta (Macri) Gareffa. She was the wife of the late Charles J. Aronowitz who passed in 1968. Gloria was most recently employed by the Allentown Hospital School of Nursing where she was house mother. Previously she worked at Kohler Cleaners in Allentown. Survivors: Daughters, Eileen wife of the late Robert Dietrich, Charleen wife of Ronald Bower; brother, Joseph Gareffa; fifteen grandchildren; twenty nine great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by sons, Carl and John Aronowitz, and brothers, Arthur, Anthony and Francis Gareffa. Services: Fri. 12:30 PM at Weber Funeral Home, 1619 Hamilton St. Allentown.
