Gertrude J. Pfneisel
Gertrude J. Pfneisel, 82, of Coopersburg, passed away February 4, 2011. Born in Mingan, Canada, in the Province of Quebec, she was a daughter of the late John and Alice (Lebrasseur) Maloney. Gertrude was the loving wife of the late Arthur Pfneisel for 58 years until his death in 2005. She was a member of the Altar Rosary Society, the Countryside Garden Club and was very involved at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Limeport. She was a member of the Lehigh Valley Orchid Society and was employed as a waitress for Lehigh Country Club and Benetz Inn. Gertrude was predeceased by two brothers, Allan and Michael Maloney.
Survivors: Sons, John, husband Elaine of Panama City Beach, FL and Frank, husband of Donna of Center Valley; Daughters, Jeanne, wife of Ken Saul, Sr. of Kutztown, Gail, wife of Dale Fenstermaker of Coopersburg, and Annette Pfneisel of Center Valley; Sisters, Grace Cousineau, Corine Boudreau, Carmen Andrino, and Ruth Lpage; Brothers, Gerard, Luc, and Richard Maloney; 14 Grandchildren; 24 Great Grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Services: Mass of Christian Burial, 10:30 AM Tues., February 8, 2011 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 5050 St. Joseph's Rd., Coopersburg, PA 18036.
