Geraldine M. Reckling passed away on March 22, 2022 at the age of 89. She was born in Kingsport, Tennessee to the late: Thurman and Lottie Mae (Akins) Moody and was predeceased by her husband James F. Reckling Sr., her granddaughter Jordon Reckling and siblings Eulola Parker, Everett Moody, and Glenn Moody. Geraldine had been an Administrative Assistant to the Zoology Dept. at the University of Rhode Island, then for the Hampshire House in Allentown and her last place of employment was for the Gross School Bus Company as a School Bus Aid. Geraldine was a member of The Church on Seven Hills, in Worcester, Mass, the Red Hat Society, and volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America. The most important thing in the world to Geraldine was her family. She is survived by her: Daughter: Pam and husband Mike Bacsick Jr., Son: James Reckling Jr. and wife Donna, Grandchildren: Mike Bacsick III, Heather Bacsick, Paul Reckling, Carrie Reckling, and Jimi Reckling III. Twin Sister Emilene Wilson and younger sister Lottie Adshade. Services: A viewing will be held on Tuesday March 29 from 5:00PM until the Funeral Service at 6:00PM both will be at Weber Funeral Home, 1619 Hamilton Street in Allentown, Pa. Contributions may be made to: The Breast Cancer Society or to The Church on Seven Hills, 475 Burncoat Street, Worcester, Mass 01606.
