Gerald William Wertman
Gerald William Wertman, 81, of Whitehall, died November 12, 2010 at Lehigh Valley Hospice-Inpatient Unit, Allentown. Born in Allentown; he was a son of the late William W., Sr. and Margaret (McGeehan) Wertman. He was the husband of Geraldine (Longo) Wertman for 58 years. He was a member of Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church, Allentown. He was a 4th degree Knights of Columbus. He worked for PP&L in the customer service dept. for 33 years until retiring in 1992. Previously he had worked for Bethlehem Steel.
Survivors: Wife; Son, Mark Anthony C. Wertman of Whitehall; Brothers, William, Thomas, and Joseph Wertman; many other relatives and friends.
