George C. Shoenberger Sr. DDS, of Allentown, passed away at the age of 86 on July 23, 2015 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was predeceased by his loving wife, of 63 years, Elsie (DeSordi) and his sister Jacqueline Shoenberger. George graduated Allentown High School, in 1946, Muhlenberg College, in 1951, and after proudly serving two years in the U.S. Marine Corps he graduated Temple Dental School in 1957 as a member of OKU Honor Fraternity. George then opened the doors of his Allentown dental practice where he began a 37 year career of tirelessly caring for his patients.
Survivors: Children: George Jr. and wife Debbie Shoenberger, Sherri Shoenberger, Douglas and wife Carolyn Shoenberger, and Mark and wife Lisa Shoenberger. Along with 8 Grandchildren.
Services: A private family service will be held.
