George T. Safadi, age 88, of Whitehall, Pennsylvania passed March 21st, 2025. Born to parents Taufic and Kareeme (Haic) in Beirut, Lebanon, he was the loving husband of Houda (Addas) Safadi.

George was loved by many. He was a strong man, devoted to his family, to whom he was known as a wonderful husband, the best father ever, and an amazing grandfather whose grandchildren meant the world to him. In his free time, George enjoyed gardening, casinos, and sharing a morning cup of coffee with Houda. He was known equally for his sense of humor and love to laugh and joke, as well as for his wisdom and always being a source of good advice. George was also a faithful servant of God and attended church weekly.

In addition to his parents, George is predeceased by his siblings Samaan Safadi, Elias Safadi, Mary Safadi Azar, Izabell Safadi Tabarani, and Samir Safadi.

In addition to his wife Houda, George is survived by his son Fred Safadi; daughter Margaret Kulp; grandchildren Lola, Bella, Marius, Alexis, and Alivia; and many loved nieces and nephews.

Services for George will be held Tuesday, March 25th, 2025. A viewing will be held at Immaculate Conception Church 501 Ridge Ave, Allentown, PA 18102 from 11 a.m. until Mass at 12 p.m., with burial to follow at Grandview Cemetery 2735 Walbert Ave, Allentown, PA 18104.
