George E. Bauscher,90, formerly of Macungie passed away Nov. 4 at Cedarbrook in Allentown. Born Nov. 9, 1919, he was the son of the late Osville and Mildred (Krause) Bauscher of Allentown. He is survived by his wife Evelyn; on May 14, 2010 they celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary. He was employed in the printing trade as a Color-Separation Photographer and Estimator retiring in 1985. He and his wife did a lot of traveling, he took many photographs of the different places for their records. He was an avid fan of NASCAR and basketball. He served in the US Army during WWII in the Medical Corp., first as a Technical Sergeant and then as a Warrrant Officer. He was a life member of the V.F. W.Post 9204 in Macungie, of the Ray A. Master American Legion Post 217 in Topton, and the Macungie Fire Co. He was also a member of Lower Macungie Twp. Senior Citizens Club, AARP 4150, the Merchantele Club of Emmaus, the Graphite Communication Int'l Union 14M of Phila., the I.O.O.F. Constantine Lodge (Odd Fellows).
