Frieda Rose Saeger, 80, formerly of South Delaware St., Allentown died Thursday August 6, 2009 in Lower Bucks Hospital, Bristol, PA. She was the wife of James J. Saeger, Sr. for 55 years until his death on April 18, 2004. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Wunderly) Marth. Frieda was a buyer for the formers Hess's of Allentown for 45 years before her retirement in 1988. She was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church of Allentown. Survivors: Son, James J., Jr. and wife Jane of Wall, NJ; granddaughter, Jamie Sullivan of Penndel, PA; great-grandsons Lucas P. and Liam J. Sullivan; brother Edward Marth of Catasaugua.
