Frederick P. Strobl
Frederick P. Strobl, 80, of Center Valley, passed at his residence on February 27, 2009. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Joseph and Anna (Schenkel) Strobl. He was the loving husband of the late Josephine G. (Remaly) Strobl for 51 years until her death in 1997. He was employed by UGI for 38 years until retiring in 1990. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Sellersville. He was a member of the American Legion Post 191, Emmaus. He was predeceased by a sister, Karen Hahn.
Survivors: Sons, Barry F., husband of Lynda of Quakertown, and Carl L., husband of Monica of Center Valley; Grandchildren, Michael B. Strobl, husband of Michele of Coopersburg, Kepleen S., wife of Peter Suida of Alburtis, Jason C. Strobl, and AthenaMarie C. Strobl, both of Center Valley; Great grandchildren, Morgan Taylor Strobl, Caleb Strobl, Madelyn Suida, Dominic Suida, and Jaydon Rice; Brother, Carl Strobl of Allentown.
