Fred M. Ward, 89 of Allentown, died on Sat, Sep. 1, 2012. He was the husband of the late Helen (Bochnock) for 43 years. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Dennis and Catherine (Kennedy) Ward. He was a graduate of the Allentown Catholic High School. He was an army veteran of World War II. He was employed by J. O. Krapf & Sons as a parts manager. He was pre-deceased by siblings John, William, Joseph, James, Margaret and Katherine.
Survivors:Daughter Nancy, wife of Al Doland; grandson Sean; nieces, nephews, and many other loving family and friends.
Services:Visitation Thu, Sep. 6, 10:00-10:30am. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30am, both at Immaculate Conception church, 501 Ridge Ave, Allentown. Internment at Blessed Virgin Mary Cemetery, Northampton to follow.
