Frank Vargo Frank P. Vargo 85, passed away August 31 in Lehigh Valley Hospital. He was the husband of Rose (Winkler) Vargo. Survivors: Wife; Sons; Frank, Kevin and wife Michele and a Daughter; Cindy. One brother and two sisters.
