Frank J. Unger, of Allentown, passed away on December 8th at the age of 93. He was born in Allentown to the late Joseph J. and Cecilia (Tretter) and has been married to his loving wife Gwendolyn (Bossons) for 35 years. Frank served with the Army during WWII and had been a Sergeant with the Allentown Police Department, retiring in 1985 after 28 years of service. In his later years he had been the court liaison officer. He had been the Vice President of the 6th Ward Democratic Club and was a member of the Raub Community Crime Watch.
Survivors: Wife Gwendolyn, Son Francis J. "Buddy" Unger, Grandsons Arick and Brent, Sister in Law Rose Unger.
