Frank, 79, of Bethlehem and formally of Allentown passed away on October 24, 2014. He was born in Allentown on March 22, 1935 to the late Cecelia (Willgruber) and Frank J. Kovacs Sr. He served in the Navy during the Korean Conflict, worked for over 40 years as a draftsman at Bethlehem Steel, and spent over 57 years happily married to his wife Barbara (Layton) Kovacs.
Survivors: Wife; sons Gary and Michael of Whitehall; daughter Sally Gehringer of Allentown; 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and many other loving family and friends.
Services: Visitation Wednesday, October 29, from 10-11am, followed by an 11am memorial service, both at Weber Funeral Home, 502 Ridge Avenue, Allentown. Interment at Arlington Cemetery, Whitehall, to follow. www.weberfuneralhomes.com
