Francis "Frankie" A. Szukics
Francis "Frankie" A. Szukics 88, of Allentown passed away on August 18 in Manor Care. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Joseph and Catherine (Czaszar) Szukics. Frankie was the husband of the late Mary Louise (Houser) Szukics who passed away in 1998. Frankie was a WWII Army Veteran who landed on Omaha Beach & was in the Battle of the Bulge. He was a member of St. Stephen of Hungary Catholic Church, Allentown. Frank worked for the former Bethlehem Steel as a machinist for many years before retiring.
Survivors: Sister; Emma Szukics of Allentown. Frankie was predeceased by Sisters; Marie, Catherine, & Elizabeth. Brothers; John, Joseph & Louis. Step-Son; William Houser.
