Fannie Hanna, 89 of Allentown passed away Thursday January 15, 2009 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp. Born October 27, 1919, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Helen (Skaff) Hanna. Fannie was the wife of George T. Hanna for 64 years before his death on January 17, 2004. She was a devoted member of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church of Allentown and the Ladies Auxiliary. She worked for Hanna Sportswear until retiring. Fannie was a generous loving person who will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She will always be remembered for her kind words and loving ways. Her sweet spirit will live always in the lives she touched.
Survivors: Daughters, Georgann Makoul and Judy Grim. She was the loving grandmother to Kim Goodge, Jolie Maehrer, Adrienne Fitzgerald, Nicole Elias, and Paul Grim. 13 great-grandchildren.
