Emma, 98, of Whitehall passed away on October 12, 2013. She was born in Allentown on September 4, 1915 to the late Henry and Mary (Long) Winkler. She worked as the head chef at Sacred Heart Hospital where she met her husband of 70 years, the late Rudolph J. Ellow, Sr.

Survivors: Daughter Loretta M. Rohrbach and husband William of Allentown; son Rudolph J. Ellow, Jr., of Whitehall; grandsons Robert J. Rohrbach and wife Laurie of Allentown, and Richard J. Rohrbach and wife Anita of Whitehall; great grandsons Jonathan, Joel, and Carissa Rohrbach; and many other loving family and friends.

Services: Visitation on Wednesday, October 16, from 8:30-9:30am at Weber Funeral Home, 502 Ridge Ave. Allentown. Mass at 10am at Sacred Heart Church, 336 N. 4th St. Allentown. Internment at Sacred Heart Cemetery to follow.
