Emma Skrovanek, age 98, of Breinigsville, PA, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at her home. She was born in Allentown, the daughter of the late Stefan and Julia (Schuster) Stoisits.

Emma worked in sewing factories earlier on in her life and then for Western Electric which is now AT&T, where she retired after 44 years. She enjoyed baking, crossword puzzles, sewing, and spending time with her family. She was known as the "fixer" by her family; she was the one to call if you needed something fixed. She was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Ladies Auxiliary in Allentown. She was also a lifelong member of St. Paul's Catholic Church in Allentown.

Emma is survived by her daughter, Jane Miller of Breinigsville; four grandchildren, Sara (Frank Jr.) Marakovits of Northampton, Scott Skrovanek of Northampton, Stephen Kuzma and partner Stephanie Gonshor of South Carolina, Nicole Kuzma and partner Travis Mason of Oregon; and two great-grandchildren, Xander Marakovits and Brayden Kuzma.

She was predeceased in 1989 by her loving husband of over 40 years, Ernest R. Skrovanek; her son, Dennis W. Skrovanek; and her three siblings.

Professional Services are entrusted to Weber Funeral Homes, P.C. in Allentown. Calling hours will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. until the time of Funeral Services at 12:00 P.M. all at Weber Funeral Homes, P.C., 1619 Hamilton Street, Allentown, PA, 18102. Interment will immediately follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Allentown.
